I'm Lindsey

As a veteran Sports Dietitian with 13 years of experience, I have worked with athletes across

various sports, levels, and nutrition needs. After working at three different NCAA Universities and US Special Operations Forces to optimize athlete performance through nutrition, I began my own private practice specifically helping female athletes, addressing their unique physiological and social experiences with food, body, and sport. I worked 1:1 with over 500 female athletes at the high school, college, and professional levels, some of whom landed professional sponsorships and qualified for World Championships and even became Olympians.

 

Now, as a mom, and more so, a medical mom, I stay at home to prioritize the well-being of my family, while serving female athletes through various online resources, strategic partnerships, and collaborations.
